Motherhood was supposed to get easier when they got older.
Nobody talks about how mentally exhausting this stage can become.
I help overwhelmed mums with tweens and teens feel calmer, more organised and back in control so they can enjoy life again.

For twenty years I was a teacher and at home I was a mum. I loved both deeply. But as my boys got older, life slowly became more mentally demanding, not less.
The constant thinking ahead.
The emotional responsibility.
The worrying.
The remembering.
The organising.
The second guessing.
Phones, social media, gaming, school pressure, friendship drama, online safety. Parenting suddenly felt emotionally complicated in a way nobody had prepared me for. From the outside life looked busy but normal. Inside, I was exhausted.
I felt like I was carrying everybody else’s lives in my head while slowly losing touch with myself underneath it all.
Then I discovered coaching and something shifted.
Not because I needed fixing, but because I finally had space to think again. Space to reconnect with myself underneath all the responsibility.
Now I help other mums do the same.
To feel calmer.
To reduce the mental overload.
To stop living in constant survival mode.
And to enjoy life again instead of just managing everybody else’s needs.

I focus on calm, clarity, and helping mums untangle the mental load they have been carrying for far too long.
Together we work through the invisible pressure, emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling of constantly holding everything together for everybody else.
This is not about becoming a perfect mum.
It is about helping you feel calmer, more organised, more emotionally supported, and more like yourself again.
Because you deserve a life that feels like more than surviving the week.
If life has quietly become management instead of living, you do not have to carry it all alone.
I help overwhelmed mums with tweens and teens feel calmer, more organised and back in control so they can enjoy life again.
